Qualifications and practice

Dr. Neha Kulkarni-Pimpale holds a B.A.M.S. (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) and an M.D. in Ayurveda. She has practised for over a decade and has treated more than 15,000 patients across Ravet, Pimpri-Chinchwad and greater Pune.

Her clinical focus is threefold: classical Panchakarma therapy, women's health and fertility, and the long-term management of chronic conditions such as psoriasis, migraine, diabetes and autoimmune presentations.

Areas of specialisation

  • Panchakarma β€” Vaman, Virechana, Basti, Nasya and Raktamokshan, with full Purvakarma and Paschatkarma protocols
  • Women's health & fertility β€” Uttar Basti, PCOD and menstrual disorders, Garbhasanskar prenatal care
  • Chronic skin conditions β€” psoriasis, eczema, vitiligo and acne
  • Neurological & pain conditions β€” migraine, sciatica, cervical spondylosis, post-stroke rehabilitation
  • Paediatric care β€” Suvarnaprashan immunity drops and Balagraha Chikitsa for children up to 16 years

Approach to treatment

Dr. Neha's practice rests on a principle that sounds obvious but is frequently skipped: treatment follows assessment, not the other way around. Each patient's Prakriti (constitutional type) and Vikriti (present imbalance) are established first, and the therapy plan follows from that. Two patients presenting with the same complaint will often receive materially different protocols.

She works alongside conventional medicine rather than against it. Patients on allopathic prescriptions are asked to bring them to consultation, and she advises on timing and potential herb–drug interactions rather than asking anyone to stop treatment their physician has prescribed. Where a condition needs conventional investigation or referral, she says so.

Consultations are conducted in Marathi, Hindi and English.

Consultations

Dr. Neha consults at the Vishwashreeja clinic in Ravet, Monday to Sunday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, closed on Wednesdays. Online consultations are available for follow-ups and for patients outside Pune.

An initial consultation typically runs 30–45 minutes and covers history, examination, Nadi Pariksha (pulse assessment), review of any existing reports, and a written treatment plan.
